Cancellation and Refund Policies

We know life can be unpredictable, and we’re here to provide flexibility when needed.

Our Cancellation Policy:

• 120+ days before the event: A small administrative fee of $200, with the remainder of your payment refunded.
• 100 days or less: While cancellations are non-refundable, we offer a credit shell for future events or the option to transfer your registration to another Precision Global Conferences event.

Refund Process:
Refunds are processed within 60 days of receiving your cancellation notice, giving you peace of mind.

In the event of Exceptional Circumstances (Force Majeure):
If unforeseen events such as natural disasters, strikes, or political unrest impact the conference, we’re committed to offering flexible solutions:

• Force Majeure Clause: Should the event be postponed or canceled due to circumstances beyond our control, you can carry forward your registration and accommodation fees to future events hosted by Precision Global Conferences.
• Liability Disclaimer: We prioritize your safety and well-being. While we cannot accept cancellation requests due to external factors, we will offer flexible alternatives to accommodate your needs, including transferring your registration to a future event.
