Abstract Submission
Abstracts must be submitted by the deadline. They should include the author's name, abstract title, and presentation type in clear American English and be a maximum of 250 words. Abstracts will be reviewed quickly by global experts.
Evaluation Criteria
The selection will be based on clarity, scientific rigor, and relevance. Be concise and receive quick feedback from global experts.
On-Site Registration
Registration opens at 08:00 AM on the first day. You’ll receive your badge, program guide, and other materials. Our team is available to assist, and you’ll receive lunch vouchers to use at participating venues.
Speaker Guidelines
Present for 20 minutes using clear, impactful slides. All equipment will be provided—arrive early to ensure everything works smoothly. Our tech team will be available to provide support.
Poster Presentations
Place your poster one hour before the session. The poster space is 1 meter x 1 meter. Posters need to be printed in advance; there will be no on-site printing. Retrieve your poster at the end of the session. Unclaimed posters will be discarded.
Virtual Presentations
You will receive a virtual joining link with a code one week before the event. Log in 30 minutes before your session. Virtual presentations should be 20-25 minutes long, with time for Q&A. If you prefer, submit a pre-recorded video and slides 10 days before.
Certification
All registered attendees will receive a certificate with your name and affiliation. E-certificates will be sent within 2-3 business days after the conference. Co-authors must register to receive certificates.
Awards for Excellence
This prize will go to the presenter who best exemplifies creativity, in-depth research, and graphical attractiveness. Registration is necessary to be considered a contestant. The results will be released during the closing ceremony, during which winners will receive gift cards and certificates.

•Secure your poster to the display area and remove it once the session ends.

•Dimension: A poster size is standard: 1 meter by 1 meter.
•Preparation: Please print your poster before arriving at the venue; no printing facility will be available there.
•Design Tips: Create a clear and well-organized layout. Use visuals, such as graphs and images, to enhance understanding.
During the Session:
•Stay near your poster to engage with attendees and judges.
