Anxiety

The psychological phenomenon of anxiety is deeply rooted in human experience usually associated with stress. It can range from a small discomfort to sleepless nights thinking about things which makes one anxious. Anxiety upsets homeostasis and hinders day-to-day functioning. With the increasing competition many people fell for the need to excel burdening them with fear to lose, this gives rise to anxiety. Recognizing anxiety as a real problem highlights the value of all-encompassing strategies for promoting mental health and building compassionate societies.
