Health Behavior

Health behavior includes the actions individuals perform that directly affect their health outcomes. It encompasses prevention and response to mental health challenges. These behaviors are, therefore, influenced by personal experiences, psychological states, and environmental factors. In psychiatry and addiction, understanding health behavior is essential for identifying root causes and devising effective treatments, enabling the creation of tailored strategies that enhance mental wellness, especially for those facing addiction. The Psychiatry and Addiction World Conference 2025, set to take place from June 20 - 22, 2025, in Singapore, will feature the latest research on health behavior in psychiatric and addiction studies.
