Schizophrenia

Schizophrenia is a complex psychiatric disorder that disrupts cognition, perception, emotion, and behavior. It includes positive symptoms like hallucinations and delusions, negative symptoms such as anhedonia and social withdrawal, and cognitive deficits, including impaired memory. This condition is associated with dysregulated dopaminergic and glutamatergic pathways, neuroinflammation, and brain abnormalities like cortical thinning. Join us at the Psychiatry and Addiction World Conference (PAWC 2025) in Singapore, June 20-22, to explore innovative developments in schizophrenia care.
