Biography

I am a consultant psychiatrist and an associate clinical director for Sutton community mental health services within South West London and St Georges NHS trust and I am also an honorary senior clinical lecturer at St Georges, University and London.
I am also a clinical and educational supervisor for foundation, GP , core and higher trainees in psychiatry . 
Through the past few years, I have developed a special interest in medical education. To sharpen my teaching skills, I completed a certificate in essential skills in medical education at Dundee university. In recent years, I have been actively involved in both undergraduate and post graduate teaching.
I have recently completed the Developing Teaching course  to further improve my knowledge and skills about teaching and learning within the context of higher education and in particular, in the area of medicine.
