Biography
Dr Stephen Jeshua Manuel is a Family Medicine Specialist with more than a decade of experience in primary healthcare, rural medicine, and clinical service development. He currently serves at Klinik Kesihatan Kuala Lumpur and previously led clinical services at Klinik Kesihatan Beladin, Sarawak, where he established and expanded key programs including addiction, HIV and hepatitis care, maternal health, and emergency services. Dr. Manuel holds a Fellowship from the Academy of Family Physicians Malaysia and has presented at national and international conferences, including WONCA. His professional interests include addiction medicine, public health program development, and strengthening primary care systems in underserved communities.
